A bird’s eye view of Bruny Island is a spectacular way to experience the island’s extraordinary landscape. Soak in the awe-inspiring scenery as we fly over Hobart and the River Derwent before heading south along the D’Entrecasteaux Channel to the island locals know as ‘Bruny’.

Bruny Island is a photographer’s dream with an impressive coastline consisting of rugged cliffs and sheltered bays with sparkling turquoise water. We fly over ‘The Neck’ – an iconic isthmus which is home to a fairy penguin rookery – before arriving in style at the sleepy town of Alonnah to have lunch with a view at Hotel Bruny.
